关于举办“外籍与港澳台人士法院开放日”活动的公告

为进一步加强司法公开，提升司法服务国际化水平，促进外籍人士、港澳台同胞对中国法院的了解，本院定于12月12日面向外籍人士和港澳台同胞开展法院开放日活动，现就有关事项公告如下：

一、活动时间

2017年12月12日上午9时30分至11时30分

二、活动地点

惠州市惠州大道江北段41号惠州市中级人民法院

三、活动内容

参观法院诉讼服务中心、院史馆、庭审观摩、参加法律沙龙活动等。

四、报名条件

1.非中华人民共和国国籍人士；

2.年满18周岁；

3.现在惠州工作或生活。

五、报名方法

请符合上述条件并有意参加活动的人士登录惠州市中级人民法院官方网站（http://120.24.17.155/courtweb/）下载并填写《惠州市中级人民法院开放日活动报名表》，于2017年12月5日前电邮（电子邮箱：hzzybgs709@163.com）或传真至本院（传真号码：0752-2180512）。

六、确认程序

本院将对报名资料进行审核，审核通过后确定参加活动人士名单，并于12月8日进行公布并电话通知。
